I offer one-on-one coaching for leaders who are seeking to grow personally and/or professionally, who want to gain self-awareness and clarity to overcome obstacles that are preventing them from accomplishing their goals.
I offer team coaching for teams that want to improve communication, build more trust and avoid conflict. After working with me, teams have seen improved group communication, cohesion, productivity, decision-making, problem-solving, conflict management, individual accountability and team synergy.
I work closely with clients to define clear, attainable objectives.
