About me
Megan Johnson-Rox, MA, ACC has a passion for helping people better understand themselves in order to follow their hearts in choosing work/job/career that is meaningful and fulfilling. She also loves helping people communicate better with others, improve relationships and self-confidence. She has taught communication at colleges and universities for 10+ years. She has read many spiritual, metaphysical and personal development books over that past 10+ years on a journey of self-actualization, ideal career discovery and developing the self-confidence to live authentically and lead others. She loves expressing herself creatively in her music and performing on stage with her band, Scale Model.
She is a 7 on the enneagram. Relationships and strategy are her top 5 Clifton Strengths. She loves working with teams/groups especially leading Circles. She loves to inspire, encourage, teach and empower those whose voices have been marginalized or who lack self-confidence. She believes in equality and social justice. She is originally from Chicago and lives in Nashville with her husband and son.
